Promotions Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all TestMyBill promotional credits — including Future Action Credits and referral reward credits — and the TestMyBill referral program ("Give $10, Get $10"), offered by Westenders LLC, doing business as TestMyBill.

Value and use. Unless stated otherwise at issuance, each credit is worth $10 off one future TestMyBill Action Packet purchase, applies before payment at checkout, and can be used once.

Expiration. Credits expire 12 months after issuance. Expired credits are not reissued or extended.

No cash value. Credits have no cash or monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds, and cannot be sold, bartered, or transferred except as expressly designed (for example, sharing your referral link).

No stacking. One credit or discount per purchase. Credits cannot be combined with each other, with a referral discount, or with any other promotional offer on the same purchase.

No account required. Credits are redeemed by entering the code at checkout. Keep your code private — anyone holding a code can use it, and a redeemed code cannot be restored.

How it works. After a completed purchase you receive a personal referral link. A person who visits TestMyBill through your link receives $10 off their first Action Packet. After they complete a qualifying paid purchase, you receive a one-time $10 referral reward credit.

Qualifying purchase. A completed, non-refunded Action Packet purchase made by someone other than you. One reward per referral link redemption; a referral link is redeemed by the first qualifying purchase made through it.

Self-referral prohibited. Using your own referral link or code — directly or indirectly, including through another device, browser, email address, or payment method — to discount your own purchase is not permitted and does not generate rewards.

Referral links expire 12 months after issuance.

Privacy. Referral links are anonymous by design: a person using your link is never told who you are or anything about your purchase, and we never disclose anything about their purchase to you. See our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Sharing responsibly. Share your link only with people you know, in messages you write yourself. Bulk, automated, or deceptive distribution (spam) is prohibited and grounds for disabling the link and any associated rewards.

We may decline to issue, revoke, or invalidate any credit, discount, or referral link — before or after redemption — where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, self-referral, automated or bulk redemption attempts, code guessing or enumeration, or any violation of these terms or our Terms of Service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion, credit type, or the referral program at any time on a prospective basis. Credits already issued remain valid through their stated expiration unless revoked for fraud or abuse under Section 4.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and are subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service. Questions: hello@testmybill.com.
